Job Description
Responsible for updating the ITS Asset Management Database for the purpose of ensuring its accuracy. Perform periodic audits to ensure data accuracy of the ITS Asset Management Database. Reconcile audits conducted in the field and resolve discrepancies and report results to the appropriate management level. Proactively search the Asset Management database for assets that require action, and take appropriate action or follow up. Ensure accurate collection of charges from Driver/Owners for their lease of radios from Airborne. Ensure accurate collection of charges from International agents for the purchase by Airborne of equipment for their use. Responsible for charging clients for Airborne's costs when equipment under their control is lost or damaged. Responsible for prompt and accurate payment of non-purchase order invoices using the department's budget logs for authorization and GAS system for entry. Responsible for research of invoices which are not pre-authorized in the department's budget, ensuring accuracy, management approval and prompt payment. Coordinate the return of leased assets to Airborne's lessor. Responsible for recording the disposal activities of ITS assets.Minimum Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Two years work experience, in closely related technical or financial positions.
- Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate should be skilled at word processing and spreadsheet applications using a PC.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Successfully completed college level courses in: Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or closely related field.
