Title: COBOL Sr. P/A For Int'l Division

Job Description
Act as project manager or participate as a team member on large projects to develop new systems and modify existing systems for Airborne's International Division. Perform all development tasks for small and medium size projects, from analysis through implementation. Provide problem-solving and oncall support for various applications and business partners worldwide.Minimum Requirements
- 3 or more years experience as a programmer/analyst with progressive responsibilities in analysis, design, development, and support in a batch environment
- 2 or more years experience as a CICS programmer/analyst using database technology
- Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in an environment of rapidly shifting priorities and multiple concurrent assignments
- Experience with systems development methodology
- Competence in structured COBOL programming
- Proven track record of successfully managing medium-to-large multi-person development projects
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with: DL/1,VSAM,MVS, TSO/ISPF
- Experience managing distributed systems projects.
