A. COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Sender shall comply with all applicable laws, customs, and other government regulations of any country to, from, through, or over which the shipment may be carried, including those relating to the packing, carriage, or delivery of the shipment, and shall furnish such information and attach such documents to the airbill as may be necessary to comply with such laws and regulations. Airborne Express shall not be obligated to inquire into the correctness or sufficiency of such information or documents. Airborne Express shall not be liable to sender or any other person for loss or expense due to sender's failure to comply with this provision.
2. Airborne Express shall not be liable for its refusal to transport a shipment if Airborne Express, in good faith, believes that transportation by it is prohibited by any law, regulation, order or requirement.
3. The illegality or invalidity of any article, paragraph, clause or provision contained or referred to herein, shall not affect or invalidate any other article, paragraph, clause or provision hereof.
4. Cargo items tendered for air transportation are subject to aviation security controls by air carriers and, when appropriate, other government regulations. Copies of all relevant shipping documents showing the cargo's receiver, sender description and other relevant data will be retained on file until the cargo completes its air transportation.
B. DISBURSEMENTS INCIDENT TO CUSTOMS ENTRY

Airborne Express shall be under no obligation to incur any expense or to make any advance in connection with the forwarding or re-forwarding of a shipment.
