| Applicability Of Negotiated Rates |

All negotiated rates shall apply only to the shipments of the party which has negotiated the rates with Airborne Express. Except as otherwise specifically approved in writing by an officer of Airborne Express, and subject to any conditions or restrictions set forth therein, no party shall re-sell the services of Airborne Express to any sender or receiver. In the event of a violation of this rule, Airborne Express may immediately revoke the negotiated rate upon written notice. |
